Depreciation

The Pontiac Silverdome in Detroit, Michigan sold for $583,000 the other day. It cost $55.7 million when it was built in 1975 (it's as old as me! LOL). Now that's depreciation! You could own your own superdome for the price (or less) of some of the ritzy houses around here.
