Somebody has more money than brains. It's almost like the Emperor's New Cloths though there is actually something there (barely). Not that I wouldn't take their money if I had something like they wanted.

Impressive. Especially that doll "as small as a human blood cell" (though that sounds like an exaggeration). So what is he going to do with the 20 million? Perhaps buy the equipment needed to construct an army of self-assembling microbots and take over the world!
